Besides Cabelas and your local Wal-Mart, one of the best chances to find said peoples is during a day of Salt River Tubing, a distinctly Phoenix-area attraction that recently reopened for the summer season. In addition to being a prime location to empty beer cans, the Salt is friendly to anyone looking to have a good time.
