Crazy things tend to happen in abundance in the West Valley. Consider, for instance, the pothead teenaged mom who made international headlines recently after cruising around the avenues while her infant was strapped into its car seat on the roof of the vehicle.
Such nuttiness is par for the course out on the westside, which could be the fodder for some great jokes when the yukksters of the Comedy Spot pack their gags and head west to Zendejas Grill, 19420 North 59th Avenue in Glendale, on Thursday, June 14. The club will debut its new monthly comedy night at the restaurant and will feature some of its longtime regulars cracking wise and unleashing gut-busting guffaws.
YouTube sensation Eric O’Shea, best known for his hilarious bit “Songs for Commercials,” will headline the event, which will also star such comics as Adel Sagar, Ken Rice, Brian Kohatsu, and Michelle Mikstas.
