There's nothing we need more than a dose of bright colors in the summertime, and lucky us, Scottsdale's LewAllen Galleries has just the exhibition to appease our appetite.
"New York Color Field" includes the work of four New York School Color Abstractionists: Emily Mason, Ronnie Landfield, Dan Christensen, and Robert Natkin. Their work is non-representational and explores human emotion, beauty, and connection that can often only be represented through the abstract. Work by each of the four artists has been included in major museum and private collections worldwide.
Thursdays, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Starts: April 18. Continues through May 25, 2013
