Pie Social Saturday, November 15

Forks up, Phoenix! It's just about time for Chow Bella and Roosevelt Row's fifth annual Pie Social -- and trust us, you don't want to miss this year's lineup of celebrity chefs. The event will go down this Saturday at in the "What Should Go Here" pop up park from 2 to 5 p.m. We'll have pies from more than a dozen local celebrity chefs available for tasting, as well as pies baked by community members. To get in on the action you can either bring two pies for our community pie table or pay $10 for five tasting tickets. And once you've filled up on pie, you can hang out, enjoy some live music, and check out local art. For more details check out our Pie Social 2014: Illustrated Map and Field Guide.

We can't wait to see you there!

Old Town Farmers Market Saturday, November 15

In celebration of Farmers Market Week (which is apparently a thing), burrito behemoth Chipotle is heading to one of our local farmers markets to give away produce vouchers and coupons for Chipotle burritos. This Saturday at the Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. the restaurant chain will hand out 1,200 vouchers good for $5 worth of local food or produce within the farmers' market. They'll also be handing out buy-one-get-one entrée coupons to use at Chipotle and free chips and salsa samples. The vouchers will be good for the market on Saturday only and will be on a first come first served basis.
