​Sure, sipping at home in your pajamas might be comfy and cozy, but it's also a little boring (and you call yourself a wino!).  Half the fun in wine is the education and the complexities. And in order to expand your knowledge and palate, you've got to put yourself out there and get to know your fellow winos. Go Local: Free Arizona Wine Tasting at Phoenix Public Market
January 11, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Phoenix Public Market
Cost: Free

With a large variety of local goods and produce, the Phoenix Public Market is an exemplary business for supporting local products. Appropriately, they also have a tasty selection of local wines. Try out a sampling of four Arizona wines at the Phoenix Public Market. 

Get Smart: 4-Course Dribble Creek Wine & Pairing Dinner at Fired Up Grill
January 12, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Fired Up Grill
Cost: $29 plus tax and gratuity

When it comes to wine, everyone has a different palate and a different opinion. That's why it's often better to learn from the best in wine culture, and Fired Up Grill has got your expert advice covered. Head to Chandler for a four-course meal paired with Dribble Creek Wines. John Mcloughlin, vineyard owner and expert wine maker will be there -- mingling, sipping, and spreading his superior knowledge. Seating is limited, so call  480-940-4040 to make a reservation.

Start a Tradition: Ho Wine Experience at Café Zuzu
Every Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Café Zuzu
Cost: Tasting is free, featured wine will be discounted.

Need a little motivation to make it to hump day?  Every week Café Zuzu will be hosting a wine tasting featuring a new winery every week. Try out a taste, meet with an educated winery representative, and enjoy the featured pour at a special price all night. Make it a weekly tradition.
