I know, I know. A Japanese restaurant doing burgers? How weird is that?
But for a dollar during happy hour, I doubt anyone's complaining about Roka Akor's newest dish. It's a three-ounce prime beef "baby" burger, topped with heirloom tomatoes, red onion, avocado, wasabi, and some mystery seasoning that they're not naming. Sounds pretty good.
Start brainstorming on what to call the burger, because Roka Akor is soliciting submissions for names. Whomever comes up with the winning idea will get $350 in restaurant credit.
The dollar burger deal continues through March 31; daily happy hour runs from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and from 9 p.m. until close.
