With an indulgent eight-course wine-paired meal against the backdrop of the Hermosa Inn, the "Last Meal at Lon's" doesn't seem a terrible way to face the end of the world. The bar will also offer the apocalyptic Machu Picchu cocktail from Last Drop's resident mixology master Travis Nass.
