It's that time again. We've compiled a small but meaningful list of great Twitter accounts for any Phoenix foodie to follow. If our bodies aren't already pool/beach ready, we're kinda screwed. The heat is here and we're already dying for some respite. If you're hoping to squeeze into some teeny weeny trunks or bikinis and want a little nudge, follow these Phoenix nutritionists and healthy living lovers. They'll help keep us on the straight and narrow.

Michelle Dudash (@michelledudash) - She's a chef nutritionist, TV personality and writer who is also vying for the Self Mag blogger job - today's the last day to vote.

Stephanie Quilao (@skinnyjeans) calls herself a healthiness curator. She's made a name for herself on twitter with over 50,000 followers already.

Sharon Salomon (@eatingagain) is a Registered Dietitian and writer who still loves her fried foods and potatoes.

Andrew Weil, M.D.
(@DrWeil) True Food Kitchen restauranteur and founder/director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine has a twitter account too. We're doubtful it's actually him but there are a lot of helpful tips and insights into more healthful living.
