20th Annual Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival
If you feel like riding that festival train all weekend long, you can also check out the 20th Annual Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival happening Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Downtown Carefree. The event offers over 160 artists displaying over 5,000 works in various mediums. The festival also features live music, local eats, and the opportunity to sample an extensive list of wines from Arizona, California, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, and Italy. Valley Permaculture Alliance: Fruit Tree Sale
Because home-grown produce never goes out of style, the Valley Permaculture Alliance is throwing a fruit tree sale this Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at Metro Tech High School. The local nonprofit for urban sustainability in the desert will be offering bare root trees such as apple, plum, and peach; as well as expert gardening staff to help you with pruning, planting demos, gardening ideas, and more. Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Event
This weekend marks the finals days of the annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Event in Scottsdale.
