For those people who can barely finish a petite sirloin, this video seemingly will defy the laws of nature. In it, Molly Schuyler, a competitive eater and mother of four from Minnesota, demolishes a 72-ounce steak in 2 minutes and 44 seconds.

Schuyler ousted Peter "Furious Pete" Czerwinski as the reigning 72-ounce steak-eating champ. His previous world record for Fastest Eating of a 72-Ounce Steak was 6 minutes and 48 seconds. The incredible eating feat took place at Sayler's Old Country Kitchen in Portland, Oregon.

According to reports, Schuyler weighs all of 120 pounds, which does make her achievement all the more impressive. You can visit her Wikipedia page to read all about her other competitive eating wins, which include winning the Pig Wings Challenge at Starsky's in Nebraska (featured on Man v. Food Nation) and eating a five-pound pie covered in sauce made with ghost chile peppers at Nebraska Brewing Company.
