Tempe Art A Gogh Gogh @ Sail Inn
Downtown Phoenix ain't the only place to see some fine-lookin' art tonight. The Sail Inn hosts this big art party that features live art by local artists who will also have their work for sale. Live music by The Breakup Society and the Unlucky Eights, among others. And Capoeira Brasil Tempe will perform. The art expo runs from 6 to 9 p.m. with a $5 cover and partying continues into the night with an $8 cover. Click here for location details.

"Chair" Group Show @ Jones
There are many art things happening in downtown Phoenix this fine Third Friday night but we're quite interested in this "Chair" Group Show. Artists like Casebeer, Bill Jenkins, Kay Tuttle and more will make chairs out of...well, probably everything. Check out the free art show from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight. Click here for location details.

Santarchy @ Dos Gringos Scottsdale
Okay, people, here's your big chance to wear that sexy Santa or Mrs. Claus outfit you've been dying to find the right occasion for (you can dress like any other xmas character as well, BTW). Seriously, this bar crawl is going to be all about red suits, white fuzzy trim, red glowing noses, and tons of cleavage. The naughtiness starts at 6 p.m. Saturday, December 18. Click here for all the details.

Festivus Celebration @ Cruisin' 7th
Not really into the Scottsdale Christmas spirit? We don't blame you. Head to this drag show for some anti-xmas shenanigans. The night will also feature the Airing of Grievances where you get to bitch about your lousy year and a wrestling match called the Feats of Strength. Get crazy from 9 p.m. on. Admission is free. Click here for more details.

American Pastorela: Show Us Your Papers @ Arizona Latino Arts and Cultural Center
Senator Russell Pearce electrocutes himself in the bathtub and comes back from the dead because he strikes a deal with Satan to stop the Hernandez family from reaching Phoenix. It's all a part of the fictional (obviously) and topical story by James E. Carpa playing its last performances this weekend. Tickets run $8 to $12.50 and you can catch a show Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Click here for all the details.
