Whenever Cinco de Mayo rolls around each year, you're guaranteed to see any combination of the following: mass consumption of cerveza and tequila, red and green plastic beads, cheesy fake mustaches, and sombreros. Lots of sombreros.
It seemed like the Spanish-born wide-brimmed toppers were being worn at practically every party in the Valley, especially at Tempe and Scottsdale drinking hotspots like Dos Gringos, Bottled Blonde, Fat Tuesday, Moonshine Whiskey Bar, and Gringo Star.

We witnessed a lot of people sporting sombreros, girls and guys alike, at said establishments while surveying the party scene on Cinco de Mayo. And some wore 'em better than others, including the 25 different dudes and damas we saw out and about.
