Here is your guide to today's spring training games, as well as a look at some of yesterday's games that most Valley baseball fans actually care about (sorry, Indians fans, there's nothin' here for you unless your boys happen to play against the Diamondbacks, the Dodgers, or the Cubs):
Arizona Diamondbacks: The D-backs dropped a heartbreaker to the Colorado Rockies yesterday, losing 4-3. The Rattlers trailed 4-1 going into the ninth inning but a late-game, two run rally wasn't enough to pull out the win.
Chicago Cubs: The Cubbies got smoked 11-0 by the Los Angeles Angels yesterday. Considering the Cubs literally did nothing worth mentioning, we'll leave it that.
Los Angeles Dodgers: The Dodgers lost a California showdown 6-2 to the San Francisco Giants yesterday. Dodgers catcher Russell Martin -- playing in his first game since injuring his groin on March 5 -- went 0-2 in the batter's box, but was behind the plate for six complete innings, a good sign going into the regular season.
