Leap Day comes only once every four years, and Texaz Grill in Phoenix is celebrating with a special dining deal. All-day on Monday, you can purchase any two entrées for $29. Cut into the restaurant's famous chicken fried steak or hand-cut USDA Choice aged steaks all day long, and after 4 p.m., you can order a pair of the pecan wood-smoked prime ribs. Fired Pie is honoring those poor folks born on a day that only comes once every four years with free pizza or salad at all 12 of its metro Phoenix locations. If you're looking to celebrate Leap Day with a discounted dessert, Culver's has you covered.

Free Birthday Cupcakes from Sprinkles

If your birthday is on Leap Day, you may only get to celebrate once every four years, but at least you can score four free cupcakes from Sprinkles in Scottsdale this year.
