Dead Restaurant Dinner at Liberty Market

Today, you can enjoy key dishes from Liberty Market's chefs' past restaurants. The "dead restaurant dinner" will feature plates like smoked Arizona grass-fed beef carpaccio, roasted peppers, caciocavallo, and basil oil from Cal's in New York City, in addition to open saffron ravioli with pan-seared seafood and red chile beurre blanc from Cafe Terra Cotta in Scottsdale. The dinner is open to the public with sign up at the Liberty Market Strada Bar. Seating is limited to 30 people. Dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $60 per person. For an additional $20 per person, guests can have wine and cocktail pairings. Brew Master Dinner at ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho

Enjoy four brews from Chandler's The Perch Brewery paired with hors d’oeuvres and a three-course menu at ZuZu at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. Guests can enjoy plates like steamed manila clams, herb-roasted pork tenderloin, and Valencia orange cream cake. ZuZu Chef Charles Wiley and Brew Master of The Perch Brewery Andrew Bauman will discuss the evening’s fare. The Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree will host a wine dinner at its organic garden on Wednesday. Starz of the Constellation is an international distributing company that will supply the vino. Guests can enjoy pairings like soft-shell crab frito served with Meyer lemon and ramps paired with Wild Horse Pinot Grigio.
