There’s nothing quite as depressing as spending lunch hunched over a tuna sandwich in the same cubicle you’ve been sitting at all day. Thankfully, the newest trend in lunchtime dining gives a solid excuse to get out of the office. We’re talking food trucks -- and they’re everywhere nowadays.
Even hump-day is officially becoming food truck friendly, as downtown co-working hotspot, CO+HOOTS, will host a band of mobile eateries every week. This means you can ditch the sad fast food run in favor of Washington Wednesdays, when such trucks as Emmerson Fry Bread, Hao Bao Chinese Soul Food, and Island Loco take to the street.
