James Beard Award finalist Kevin Binkley opened this Phoenix bistro, his third Valley restaurant, in early 2013 in the former home of Sophie's Bistro. The culinary powerhouse re-imagines local produce in delicious small plates in a cozy neighborhood spot with wood floors, wainscoting, and white linen. One of the best new restaurants of 2013.
