LDV Winery

LDV Winery uses a hand-crafted, all-natural approach to winemaking. Every 45-60 days we go thru the time consuming process of racking each barrel to remove sediment from our reds. We prefer this gentle process, rather than adding substances or using filters to clarify our wines. Our approach is gentler, creates a better mouth feel, and provides more flavor. Many of the substances used in clarifying wine are not what we want in our wine. Although it is more expensive and time consuming, we believe it truly matters.
