Leave it to chef Aaron May from Sol y Sombra, DC Ranch's celebrated wine-and-tapas place, to transform a drab former Taco Bell into a hip, vibrant nook that's part retro greasy spoon and part neighborhood hotspot. Along with breakfast staples like pancakes, omelets, and corned beef hash, the menu has some craveable items that set it apart, from The Over Easy (toasted brioche with spinach, bacon sauce, and egg), to razz cherry scones with honey and crème fraiche.
