One of the few Valley Indian restaurants featuring the cuisine of southern India. Try utappam, a griddled rice-flour pancake flecked with onions and chile. Masala dosa, a huge, crispy crepe with a potato-and-peas filling, is also superb. There are more familiar northern Indian dishes as well. The veggie ones are best: Bhendi masala curry combines okra and tomato; bagara bangan features luscious Indian eggplant.
