The folks behind Su Vino take their wine pretty seriously. The shelves at this tony North Scottsdale establishment are stocked with more than 75 different bottles for sale, including close to a dozen varietals made at their in-house winery. The selection ranges from merlots and Malbecs to sherries and shirazes, and favors such Arizona brands as Stronghold, Alcantara, and Oak Creek. If you'd like to try before you buy, Su Vino's sommeliers will be happy to make a recommendation or even pour you a sample at their swanky tasting bar. The staff can also offer counsel on pairing wines with specific meals, give out advice on gift baskets, and even sign you up for their monthly winemaking workshops.
