One of the Valley's premier restaurants, set in one of the Valley's prettiest resorts. The chef celebrates the flavorful bounty of baby vegetables, lighter meat dishes, and abundant fish from the Pacific Northwest. Mussels in a thyme-tinged Chardonnay broth, spit-roasted chicken paired with Swiss chard and chive whipped potatoes, and John Dory with baby beets, fennel and white-truffle celery jus are highlights. The decadent Collage de Chocolate, a chocolate sampler for two, provides a rousing finale. Great dress-up, special-occasion fun. Read our review.
