The Main Ingredient Ale House

Owner Matt Diamond might've honed his chops at some of the Valley's best wine bars, but he and his wife Courtney decided to call their restaurant an "ale house" instead, offering five AZ craft brews among the eight on tap, along with 20 bottles and cans. There's still wine, of course, as well as a full menu of craveable sandwiches and salads, a killer hot dog called The Coronado Coney, and even a Stone Imperial Stout float for dessert. Vintage hip-hop and soul tracks, plus the red brick bungalow setting, make it a cozy CenPho watering hole. Read our review.
