Tortas Paquime

Just when you think you know Mexican food, you find a place like Tortas Paquime, with a taste as big as Paquime's site itself. Delicious Tacos Volteados with three corn tortillas, shredded pork, melted jack cheese, avocado, salsa and guacamole are Fantastic! Also magnificent are the tortas, especially the Torta Hawaiiana, a combination of breaded beef, jam, panela cheese, pineapple, lettuce and avocado. We like to start with the Paquito Tostitos, a sort of Mexican potato chip with cabbage, cucumber, tomato, cream cheese, pickled pork, lime and chili. Where can you find stuff like this?
