Bombay Spice

10810 North Tatum Blvd.
Phoenix, AZ 85028
602-795-0020
Website
The folks behind Bombay Spice Grill & Wine call their fare “redefined Indian food. Indeed, it’s a welcome change, especially if you go for healthful instead of heavy. Nothing’s fried. Dishes are prepared with olive oil instead of butter and heavy cream. There’s no cheese, either, but a few items contain non-fat yogurt. And best of all, you won’t be ready for a nap by the end of dinner — unless, of course, you indulge in one of their inexpensive bottles of wine.
