One of the few Valley Chinese restaurants that could hold its own in New York's or San Francisco's Chinatown. C-Fu specializes in seafood so fresh, most of it is still swimming when you order it. Don't miss the chrysanthemum-steamed fish, Marco Polo lobster or Dungeness crab. Non-seafood dishes are also expertly prepared, particularly the Mongolian beef and spicy pork chop. Dim sum daily, too.
We were served food with multiple growths of mold and undercooked meat. There were 4 patches of mold and each were over 2 square inches in area. I researched their health inspection record and they FAILED in Feb of 2008 with FOUR violations and FAILED in 2007 with SIX health violations. This is the link to C-FU's health inspection record! http://www.maricopa.gov/envsvc/envwebapp/tabs/results.aspx?navigatedFrom=businessResultsDrillDown&mc_perm_id=29735&business=C-FU%20GOURMET&address=2051%20%20%20W%20%20WARNER%20RD&permitid=SG27985

Overall:
The food was great but the service was a little slow during the weekends for dim sum (lunch hour). Usually I'll go with a few friends during the weekday for better service. Also thanks for the support to all the Troops.

Very disappointed!! My husband took me to C-Fu for our 15th Wedding Anniversary dinner. It was a Thursday night and we were looking forward to a nice Chinese dinner. It was disgusting. I ordered the lobster special which was lobster meat in sauce over noodles. The lobster meat tasted like ammonia - I felt like I was eating poison. I couldn't believe it. I told my waitress (which was very cold and somewhat avoiding us because we weren't Asian) that it tasted bad. She took it to the kitchen without saying or asking anything and came back 10 minutes later to tell me another one was on it's way!! I didn't want another helping of poison!!!!! I honestly think they put their bad lobster in sauce to hide the taste of bad meat instead of throwing it out.At this point the mood was lost - no celebrating or being romantic with my husband - I was desperatly hungry and scared of what I was to get if I ordered something else. I thought I would play it safe with an egg role and some pot stickers. WRONG!! The pot stickers were filled with SPAM and the egg role was cooked in old oil. SAVE YOUR MONEY< TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND STAY AWAY FROM C-FU BECAUSE IT'S NO-GOOD - THEY HAVE GONE DOWN HILL AND ARE ALSO PREJUDICE. THEY STINK!!
