The gorgeously gothic Club Palazzo is notorious among downtown nightspots, not only for its darkly opulent haunted mansion-like décor, but also for the ultra-popular weekly fetish/dance night Tranzylvania. Every Friday night, ghouls and goths of every shape and size clad in pleather and corsets writhe around to industrial and darkwave music. The hellish joint also serves up some scintillating cocktails to slake your thirst. Two other dance emporiums, the gay-friendly Amsterdam and fiery Latin discotheque Club Dwntwn, are right next door.
