    In case you couldn’t tell by the racing posters on the wall, cars are kinda king at this north Phoenix neighborhood bar. Badass NASCAR fans gather here to cheer on their favorite drivers whenever the sport is in season, and there’s a popular Rockabilly Night every Thursday, with music from local bands like the Hardways and the Rhythm Dragons. Hepcat greasers and members of local car clubs like the Invaders usually bring along their vintage dragsters and cherry rides to the night, creating an impromptu road show in the parking lot.

    Even if it does look like a biker bar with all those shiny chrome hogs out front, Brigett’s is really one of the unsung karaoke capitals of Phoenix. Hosting karaoke seven nights a week, and the songs getting sung are just as diverse as the people themselves. There might be a dude with long hair and a flannel shirt singing rock ‘n’ roll, followed by a middle-aged fellow belting out some chart-topper, followed by a biker babe doing her own kooky thing. Everybody's pretty friendly here, and if you can't be talked into a duet, maybe a game of pool or darts will suffice.

    One of the most spacious clubs in Scottsdale, Buzz has two floors (downstairs for 18 and over, upstairs for 21-and-over), three dance floors, three bars, tons of comfy leather seats and couches, and more mirrors than you can shake a bottle of hairspray at. The club doesn’t usually get hoppin’ until around 10 p.m., but underage partyers help fill the place, turning up by the hundreds.
