With sleek décor, a lively clientele, and a menu full of
classic American crowd-pleasers, Corbin’s has raised the bar on the
definition of a local hangout. The bar serves up reasonably priced
wines, specialty cocktails, and lots of beer, amusingly categorized
as “corporations,” “international conglomerates,” and “artisans.”
Appetizers like stone-fired quesadillas and nachos are big enough to
share, and main dishes run the gamut from hefty sandwiches and
burgers to entrees like cheese- and chile-stuffed chicken draped in
tomatillo cream sauce. Desserts like the warm homemade brownie with
vanilla bean gelato provide a sweet conclusion.
