Harry Wood Gallery

School of Art Building Tempe, AZ 85281 | Tempe | 480-965-6163

Location Description:

This Arizona State University Gallery established in 1971 was named after Emeritus Professor and former chair of the Art Department Harry Wood. The gallery serves as a venue for Master of Fine Arts thesis exhibitions, which are open to the public for one to two weeks. It's a great opportunity to catch the Phoenix area's rising stars of the artistic persuasion. The prices are reasonable and the egos are much smaller than once they've earned some props in the real world. Throughout the year the gallery also hosts annual exhibitions including the Nathan Cummings Foundation Juried Travel Exhibition, New Graduate Student Exhibition and the Juried Undergraduate Exhibition.
