Humble Pie

6149 N. Scottsdale Rd.
Scottsdale, AZ 85250
480-556-9900
Website
The distinctive pies at this bustling pizzeria have a crisp, chewy crust and unique toppings (shrimp with burrata, basil, and lemon zest; potato and roasted garlic with fontina, gorgonzola, and rosemary) that we can’t get enough of. But even beyond the pizza, there’s plenty to love about Humble Pie, especially dishes made with ultra-fresh local organic produce. Owner Tom Kaufman’s wine list is both interesting and accessible (as you’d expect from the co-founder of Rancho Pinot), and the full bar includes a decent selection of craft beers. And no matter how full you think you are, don’t rule out dessert; a warm apple crostada or some creamy olive oil gelato will disappear more quickly than you think.
