We go to Manuel's for the Mini Chimi Platter, which is listed as an appetizer but that we like to hog all for ourselves. Its eight, crispy miniature chimichangas, served with sour cream and fresh guacamole, are our favorite. Next to the Espinaca con Queso Dip, that is-another appetizer that we make into a meal, because we love these spinach leaves blended in a cheese sauce with tomatoes, mild spices and chilies and served with corn tortilla chips. Other Manuel's favorites include the Tortilla Soup, a delicious mild combo of chilies and tortillas blended to creamy perfection with Mexican spices, grilled chicken, avocado chunks, then topped with corn tortilla strips and shredded Jack cheese.
