Nobuo at Teeter House

622 E. Adams St. Phoenix, AZ 85004 | Central Phoenix | 602-254-0600

Location Description:

Chef Nobuo Fukuda collected a Best New Chef nod from Food + Wine and a James Beard Award at his late restaurant Sea Saw before opening this chic but unpretentious contemporary izakaya in a gorgeously renovated historic bungalow (circa 1899), right in the midst of Heritage Square. Stop by for a Japanese microbrew or craft cocktail at the bar or in the lounge, or make a night out of it with sharable small plates that range from the homey (okonomiyaki, steamed short rib buns) to the haute (sashimi bites like grapefruit and hamachi with avocado and truffle oil).
