Here's what we want: For every single day to include at least one meal from this authentically Italian pizza house, where subs, salads, and pizza pies all taste like they've just been shipped over from the Old World. We love a Palermo calzone, especially the house Special, stuffed with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, green peppers, ricotta and mozzarella. Just to mix things up a little, we also love to order the Eggplant Parmesan, swaddled in tart, tangy red sauce and draped with fresh mozzarella. If we're really ravenous, we'll start with the Italian Antipasti platter, a nice helping of lettuce, tomatoes, olives, chili peppers, ham, salami, capicola, and rolled mozzarella cheese. Sometimes, we just order this and make a meal of it. Whatever we order at Palermo's, we're always well-fed and happy.
