What used to be a Wendy's fast-food restaurant has been converted successfully into a tasteful, tranquil Thai eatery, complete with a full bar. Service can be spotty, but the food delivers on almost all fronts, whether it's a handful of spicy curry dishes (especially the seafood green curry) or modern takes on old standbys such as pad Thai or fried rice. Sa Bai's signature sauces are bursting with flavor and really kick up a notch such delicious appetizers like crab wonton rolls and satay. Salads and soups may not pack the punch of the Valley's more traditional Thai joints, but there is more than plenty of entrees to love on SaBai's menu.
