This rustic restaurant takes pride in creating signature dishes from the finest, freshest ingredients-all-natural meats and sustainable seafood, and as many native Arizona products as possible, including organic grass-fed beef. But what we love about it is that it looks like an Old West pueblo without the restaurant kitsch. Oh, and the food is magnificent, too! Look for special dishes using seasonal ingredients harvested right on Tonto's own property, like ocotillo flowers, cholla buds, jojoba beans, saguaro fruit, prickly pear fruit, and palm dates. And don't leave without trying the Pork Schnitzel, which you won't find on any other menu in town. It's tender pork served with warm potato salad, lemon caper butter, green beans, carrots, and a spiced, grilled apple. Only at Tonto!
