Here at New Times, we love art.   And we appreciate the people who create it.  In an effort to get those making waves with their creations more exposure, we're inviting local artists to paint a select number of our racks.  Over 448,300 monthly readers pick up papers from our racks all over town - now they'll get to enjoy some cool art while doing so.  The 50 selected artists will all complete their pieces together on November 21st in the New Times parking lot.
