Q. How do I pay for my certificate?
A. Payment with credit card through New Times’ secure transaction vendor, osCommerce. You can either enter your credit card info or pay using osCommerce by signing into your account. Want to know more about osCommerce? Click here.

Q. How long will it take to get the certificates?
A. It takes 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase to receive the certificate.

Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
A. Click here to email New Times Cafe Club.

Q. Can I pick up the certificate at the New Times?
A. Unfortunately, all New Times Cafe Club certificates must be mailed to the address on record for the transaction.

Q. What should I do if I want my certificate mailed somewhere other than my billing address?
A. osCommerce allows you to change your shipping address as you are confirming your address.

Q. Expiration date?
A. 6 months from "feature" date

Q. How many deals can I purchase?
A. As many as you would please. Please note that all offers are first-come first-serve and in limited supply.

Q. What is the denomination of the certificate(s)?
A. $ 50.00 or $ 100.00, depending on restaurant offer.

Q. Will I get cash back for unused portion?
A. NO

Q. Can the certificate be used for multiple visits until credit is fully used?
A.YES

Q. Can the certificates be used at other restaurant locations other then the one above?
A. NO

Q. Can I use more than one certificate per visit?
A. NO

Q. Can this certificate be used to purchase alcohol?
A.YES in most cases; unless otherwise specified by the certificate. For further information please contact the restaurant regarding its policies.
Q. Can the certificate be used for gratuity?
A. NO

Q. Can the certificate be used with other promotional offers?
A. NO

Q. Can the certificate be used for take-out or delivery?
A. Gift certificates can be used for take out and delivery unless otherwise specified by the restaurant. Please contact the restaurant for its guidelines on take out and delivery.

Q. Expiration date?
A. 6 months from "feature" date, unless otherwise specified by the restaurant.
