Although they've been good friends for many years, Elton John has finally revealed that he's sick of Billy Joel's light stints in rehab, according to People.

John told Rolling Stone in this week's cover story that he has recently been upset about Billy Joel's unstable lifestyle. He said that they've had to cancel entire tours due to problems that Joel has had.

Elton's giving Billy some tough love and words of encouragement.

"You should be able to do something better than what you're doing now," John said about Joel.

Thankfully, Billy didn't take his friend's comments the wrong way. Who knows, maybe he'll take Elton's comments to heart. Hopefully Piano Man will pull himself together really soon and even release some new material. It's what Elton John wants for him, anyway.
