Seven Songs Predicting That Travis Barker Would Get Caught With His Pants Down
First Pete Wentz, then Hayley Williams, and now Travis Barker. The Blink-182 drummer is the latest to join the oops-my-naughty-bits-are-on-the-Internet club. On Thursday, MediaTakeOut posted some very revealing pictures of Barker, who retaliated by hiring a lawyer.
The photos were over five years old and were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else," TMZ reports. MediaTakeOut took down the photos, but they're still floating around on a few other sites.
Sorry, Travis, but we're not surprised that this happened. We dug through Blink-182's lyrics to look for the first signs of trouble, and here are seven songs to prove that we saw this coming.
Sure, Barker wasn't in the band when Dude Ranch was released, but Blink-182 has always partied like a bunch of teenagers "borrowing" alcohol from their parents. "I can't be too cool in a tree with my pants down." Same with sexting. The deed is done.
"What's My Age Again?"
"Nobody likes you when you're 23 and you still act like you're in freshman year." Barker ran around naked with his bandmates in this video, is it really all that surprising that we got to see what was under the blur now that he's 36?
"Let me go in her room (I'm feeling this) I wanna take off her clothes (I'm feeling this)" Travie just got a head start and was trying to put his lady friend in the mood.
"But everybody's gone and I've been here for too long to face this on my own, well I guess this is growing up." Yep, Travis, gotta face those consequences. Don't worry, it won't be as big of deal once another musician gets nude photos leaked.
