Vegetable, Elephant 6, Jackson Browne and More in This Week's Issue

The first act to play the beloved shop? Locally-famous punk act Sun City Girls -- making them part of an impressive lineage within the DIY scene.
Also in this week's issue New Times freelancer Chris Hassiotis, who formerly worked as the music editor of the alt-weekly in Athens, Georgia talks about the city's Elephant 6 collective. The Holiday Surprise Tour, making its way to The Duce tonight, is the manifestation of everything right with Athens music, he argues.
