What's wrong with this pic? Why is it physically impossible in the Star Wars realm?

I'm throwing this contest out for any and all local Star Wars fanatics who may have been boggled by the whole Jedi theme for the cover story this week The Yoda of 9/11. Actually, you don't need to be a Star Wars geek to win. A little logic goes a long way.

This is the question: What is "wrong" about the photo above, and makes the photo a physical impossibility in the fantasy world of Star Wars? It has nothing to do with the fact Pat Curley and Yoda don't really look alike. Also, nix any ideas you have about that being Mace Windu's lightsaber hilt. That is the case, but that's not what we're after.
