Welcome to Most Wanted -- New Times' weekly post featuring scofflaws, including suspects in robberies, homicides and assault cases, sex offenders who've absconded, and even deadbeat parents who aren't shelling out court-ordered child support.

Suspects featured here are presumed innocent -- until a judge or jury says otherwise.

Shooting Suspect At Large

On Monday, June 17, about 12:30 a.m., 34-year-old Brent Stasilli rode his bike to a Circle K Store at 75th Avenue and Thomas Road.

Police report that Stasilli was approached by the suspects -- a man and a woman -- outside the convenience store. The relationship between the three individuals is unclear.

Stasilli returned home, and the suspects apparently followed, possibly in a 2007 blue Chevy Impala with dark tinted windows.

The two men were talking, while the suspect was still inside his car and an argument erupted. Stasilli ran toward his house and the suspect got out of the car, chased, and shot him.

The suspects fled the scene as the victim lay dying from his injuries.

On Monday, April 29, about 10 p.m., a 38-year-old woman was jogging in the area of Bethany Home and El Mirage roads in Litchfield Park.

The suspect, 25 to 35 years old with a clean-cut appearance and a crewcut, approached the victim in a late-model black cargo van and stated that he had a gun. He forced her into the van and drove to a dirt field in the area of Butler Drive and El Mirage Road in El Mirage.

The suspect sexually assaulted the victim and then fled the area in the cargo van.

On Friday, July 5, between 2 a.m. and 3 p.m., Virginia Lynn Dashkovitz, a 46-year-old transient, was severely beaten by unknown suspect/s along the Black Canyon Access Road, just south of Camelback Road.

Dashkovitz was found unresponsive with life-threatening injuries. A suspicious person wearing baggy pants and dark T-shirt was captured on surveillance video in the area at the time of the assault. It shows the suspicious person walking with a significant limp.

The victim remains in critical condition.

Up Next: Convicted Murderer, Rapist at Large

Hubert Jayvon Hunter is wanted by cops for failing to register as a sex offender.

On February 26, a news station in San Diego reported that Hunter cut his GPS bracelet in 2007 and vanished. It also reported that, according to court records, Hunter was convicted of murder when he was 18 years old and later was released from prison and put on parole. Ten years later, he was sent again to prison for raping a 16-year-old girl in Mission Bay. After that prison sentence, he was paroled and given the GPS device he reportedly cut off.

Records in Arizona show that on March 28, 2013, Hunter was arrested in Maricopa County for kidnapping and burglary.
