On Friday, we asked readers to provide what they think would be an appropriate caption for the above photo of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's PR puppy, which he used in an attempt to deflect questions about hundreds of botched sex-crime investigations bungled by the MCSO between 2005 and 2007.
