Phoenix Police Officer Arrested on Numerous Felonies
We just got word from the Phoenix Police Department that it's arrested one of its own.
We don't have too many of the details at the moment, but PPD spokesman Trent Crump says he plans to address the media soon.
Crump says this morning that after an undercover operation, a Phoenix cop was arrested about 10 p.m. yesterday and probably will face "numerous felony charges."
The officer's name, rank, charges, and other details won't be made available until Crump addresses the media, he says.
Crump says he'll be holding a press conference at 10:30 this morning.
