Thousands of Images of "Child Erotica" Found at CVS Employee's Home, Court Docs Show
The photos of naked kids found in the photo kiosk of a CVS pharmacy in Fountain Hills last week, which police say belong to a 49-year-old store employee, was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the man's collection of kiddy porn.
Court documents obtained by New Times show that after serving a search warrant at the home of the employee, Michael Brown (he's the guy in the photo), police found more than 100 pornographic photos of young girls -- most under the age of 14 -- and flash-drives containing thousands of images of "child erotica."
Brown was arrested yesterday after the manager of the CVS where he worked found 13 photos of naked kids in a photo kiosk in the store.
Court documents suggest that Brown apparently uploaded the photos to the kiosk early in the morning -- around 6:30, probably before too many people would be in the store.
About 10 p.m., the manager noticed there were two orders in the kiosk's queue that had not been printed.
The manager printed one of the orders and bam! Kiddy porn.
The manager realized they were Brown's photos and called police.
Police say the photos show a girl -- later determined by pediatricians to be less than 13-years-old -- naked and "posing seductively for the camera" in three of the 13 photos.
According to the court docs, Brown admitted to downloading pornographic images of girls as young as 10-years-old and that on a regular basis he would bring the downloaded images to the CVS to print.
Brown also admitted to having several boxes full of kiddy-porn, which were later seized by police, stashed in his house.
