As a primary mode of expression, it's constantly changing and evolving, with styles of speaking (ahem, vocal fry) rising to prominence and new terms being deemed worthy of dictionary space. But these 10 slang terms? We are, like, so over them. They've been overused, misinterpreted, appropriated, and thereby diminished in meaning, and it's time for them to die.

On Fleek
Because once your great aunt starts misusing a "trendy" term to describe her casserole, said slang must be laid to rest.

Hashtag
By all means, employ the pound sign when social media allows for it. But henceforth eliminate its usage in speech. HashtagSTFU.
