The Arizona Women's Theatre Company has supported women playwrights since 2003 and returns this weekend with its annual Pandora Festival -- an opportunity for women writers to showcase their full-length, one-act, or 10-minute creations.
This year, AWTC is adding a twist. The theatre company will host a Pandora Showcase -- two weekends full of select plays from the last four years of the Pandora Festival.
If you've missed out on past festivals, now's the time to catch up. The event will include two showcases over the next two weekends (Nov. 12, 13, 19, and 20). Each showcase will feature seven short (10-minutes or one-act) and sweet, sarcastic, thought-provoking and comical plays by a diverse group of Arizona women writers.

Showcase 2 will be held November 19 and 20. Tickets are $16.50 and can be purchased online or by phone at (480) 994-2787. Friday night performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday shows start at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m..
