Tomorrow's Thanksgiving. Which means the dreaded Black Friday is upon us. While we do believe there's nothing like a healthy round of bargain binge shopping to help chase away post-Thanksgiving woes, the idea of going to a mall on Black Friday makes us want scratch our own eyeballs out.

Lucky for us, independently owned retail shops are opening their doors and, in many cases, lowering their prices for some stellar shopping.

Poor Little Rich Girl
PLRG has two locations filled with designer brands and locally made goods. They happen to be the folks responsible for the Black Friday Local event. The stores will have tea by Fleur de Teas, baked goods and swag bags for the first 75 shoppers at each store. Both locations are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Butter Toast Boutique
We gave this little gem a Best of Phoenix award for Best Vintage Clothing. Hit it for buy one get one free deals all day, 20% off regular priced items from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and mention their facebook, twitter or blog for an extra 10% all day. Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Cheap Thrills
