Competitors won't know what they're mixing until they invent it, Iron Bartender-style. Imbibe n' Dine, multi-course pairings of luscious cuisine with premium boozes at select restaurants.

Hotel Valley Ho touts package deals and professional discounts (prices vary) for events on Monday and Tuesday: tastings, seminars, chic parties, a fashion show . . . fun for both you and your bartender. Additional action through Saturday, February 25, goes down at beaucoup boîtes (mostly between Interstate 17 and the 101's infamous eastern stretch). Indulge responsibly.
